Dinner tonight brought to you by sloppy joes, a can of peas, and the level of life necessary to use a potato masher to cook hamburger.

YOLO

One of the things I never have enough is time. I’m always working; for money, my family, on chores. 24/7. Unless I’m laying in bed Pinteresting “how to make money blogging”. Or more realistically playing Gems of War.

CASE IN POINT:

It took me 24 full hours to complete this post because I had to life for a little bit. And maybe I fell asleep scrolling Facebook but I do what I want.

I’m also excited to announce that I can be on WordPress and Spotify at the same time! It’s super great to hear And That’s Why We Drink while I do this. I recommend you think long and hard about something you could listen to people talk about (my choice being paranormal experiences, the true crime is creepy but SO interesting) and find a podcast that discusses that thing.

There are podcasts on EVERYTHING. It’s crazy.

And let’s be real, you know you’re just scrolling anyway. Learn something while you do it.

So, number of things I learned since this time yesterday:

1. I like podcasts a lot

2. I ate a frozen burrito with cheese, sour cream, and salsa. #bougieonabudget

3. Carter was watching The Simpson’s when I started this post and, like, have you seen the Simpson’s lately? Because, (spoiler alert) Marge opens a crystal shop, in her garage mind you, and everyone thinks she “fixed” Bart and they’re all like “CRYSTALS” and Homer tries out being the stay at home mom and Lisa of course goes on the mission to disprove Bart and, ya know, now that I think about it I didn’t really see Maggie, but whatever it falls apart and they go back to normal per usual but wow! There are some innuendo jokes in there that I’m looking at this boy like “You are WAY too young for this sir!!”

Anyway.

P.s. potato mashers make very finely ground (Dispersed? Smashed? What would you call that?) ground beef

Bye!

  1. Hi, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your website in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, fantastic blog!
